Job Description :-
1- Provide comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at the site. Ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.2- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.3- Co-ordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction crews and external subcontractors to minimize lost productivity time.4- Assist with preparing request for proposals for public tender of services and statement of work documents. Also contribute to contracts, change orders, material and services purchase orders for approval by Owner. Assess and where appropriate make recommendations on contractor requests for extension of time, claims for additional payment, and contractual disputes.5- Review quotes, material requests, procured items, deliveries and on-site production to validate accurate fulfillment and quality control.6- Certify invoices submitted by sub-contractors and recommend for payment.7- Perform inspections at completion of each construction phase, and sign-off on quality of workmanship along with crew leaders and external subcontractors.8- Determine and recommend labor force, materials, and equipment requirements.9- Build and update project schedules. Responsible for ensuring completion of activities according to schedule. Expedite and co-ordinate any delayed or potentially delayed activities. Maintain regular estimates of the cost-to-completion and time-to-completion for each task.10- Co-ordinate, administer and lead weekly progress meetings with Owner/general manager, site engineer, crew leaders and subcontractors.11- Completion of computer-based weekly and/or daily reports, project log and documentation files.12- Enforce and promote site safety and project procedures and proper use of equipment Advise Owners on any recommendations for improvement to practices regarding health and safety, construction approach and quality control plans. Recommend measures to enhance improvement or efficiency opportunities that may arise.13- Identify risk and opportunity in all aspects of construction management, and implement mitigation measures where risks are appreciable.14- Conduct ongoing meetings with field staff to remain informed of project work and facilitate resolution of presented or developing issues.15- Provide on-the-job training for staff in carrying out construction supervision including contract administration, quality control, construction and monitoring and evaluation, and other relevant activities

Skills :-
1- Minimum 3 years direct Project Manager/Construction Manager experience in infrastructure construction is required.2- Minimum 7 years experience in residential/commercial construction or inspection is required.3- Knowledge of site development and Infrastructure construction techniques, permitting, and inspections. Working knowledge of applicable Sewer, Water and civil code standards.4- Ability to inspire and lead project teams.5- Mechanical/Civil engineering degree desirable.6- A Strong organization and management skills.7- Effective interpersonal skills and working cooperatively and effectively within a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordination of work crews concurrently Experience or awareness of alternative Infrastructure construction and building with local materials a major plus.8- Proficiency with producing and managing monthly operational expense reports and projections.9- Strong computer and communication skills. Desired computer software experience includes email and Microsoft Office

الوصف الوظيفى :-
1-توفير الإشراف الميداني الشامل يوميا في الموقع. ضمان يتم تنفيذ جميع أعمال البناء لمعايير الجودة بما يتفق مع مواصفات التصميم والرسومات والميزانية والجدول الزمني.
2 - تفسير وشرح الخطط وشروط العقد للموظفين المعنيين والمقاولين.
3-تنسيق وتحسين الترتيب للأنشطة اليومية المكلفة لأطقم البناء والمقاولين من الباطن الخارجية لتقليل وقت الإنتاجية المفقودة.
4- المساعدة في إعداد طلب عروض المناقصات العامة للخدمات ووثائق بيان العمل. تساهم أيضًا في العقود وأوامر التغيير وطلبات شراء المواد والخدمات للحصول على موافقة المالك. تقييم وتقديم التوصيات عند الاقتضاء بشأن طلبات المقاول لتمديد الوقت ، والمطالبات بالدفع الإضافي ، والنزاعات التعاقدية.
5- مراجعة الأسعار والطلبات المادية والمواد المشتراة والتسليم والإنتاج في الموقع للتحقق من تحقيق الدقة ومراقبة الجودة.
6- قم بإصدار الفواتير المقدمة من المقاولين من الباطن والتوصية بالدفع.
7 - إجراء عمليات تفتيش عند الانتهاء من كل مرحلة البناء ، والتوقيع على جودة العمل مع قادة الطاقم والمقاولين من الباطن الخارجي.
8- تحديد واقتراح القوى العاملة والمواد والمعدات المطلوبة.
9- بناء وتحديث جداول المشروع. مسؤولة عن ضمان الانتهاء من الأنشطة وفقا للجدول الزمني. تسريع وتنسيق أي أنشطة متأخرة أو من المحتمل أن تتأخر. الاحتفاظ بتقديرات منتظمة لتكلفة الإكمال والوقت اللازم لإنجاز كل مهمة.
10- تنسيق وإدارة وقيادة اجتماعات التقدم الأسبوعية مع المالك / المدير العام ومهندس الموقع وقادة الطاقم والمقاولين من الباطن.
11- استكمال التقارير الأسبوعية و / أو اليومية المستندة إلى الحاسب الآلي ، وسجل المشاريع وملفات الوثائق.
12 - تعزيز وتعزيز سلامة الموقع وإجراءات المشروع والاستخدام السليم للمعدات تقديم المشورة للمالك بشأن أي توصيات لتحسين الممارسات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة ، نهج البناء وخطط مراقبة الجودة. التوصية بتدابير لتحسين فرص التحسين أو الكفاءة التي قد تنشأ.
13-تحديد المخاطر والفرص في جميع جوانب إدارة البناء ، وتنفيذ تدابير التخفيف حيث المخاطر ملموس.
14-عقد اجتماعات مستمرة مع الموظفين الميدانيين لتبقى على علم بعمل المشروع وتسهيل حل القضايا المعروضة أو النامية.
15- توفير التدريب أثناء العمل للموظفين في الإشراف على أعمال البناء بما في ذلك إدارة العقود ومراقبة الجودة والبناء والمراقبة والتقييم والأنشطة الأخرى ذات الصلة.
المهارات :-
1-الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات خبرة "مدير المشروع" / مدير البناء في بناء البنية التحتية المطلوبة.
2- مطلوب خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الإنشاءات السكنية والتجارية أو التفتيش.
3-المعرفة بتطوير الموقع وتقنيات بناء البنية التحتية ، السماح ، والتفتيش. معرفة العمل بالمعايير المعمول بها في مجاري الصرف الصحي والمياه والمدنية.
4- القدرة على إلهام وقيادة فرق المشروع.
5- درجة الهندسة الميكانيكية / المدنية مرغوبة.
6- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة قوية.
7-مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين الفعالة والعمل بشكل تعاوني وفعال داخل فريق القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة وتنسيق أطقم العمل في وقت واحد تجربة أو الوعي بالبنية التحتية البديلة والبناء بالمواد المحلية زائد كبير.
8-الكفاءة مع إنتاج وإدارة تقارير النفقات التشغيلية الشهرية والإسقاطات.
9-مهارات الكمبيوتر والاتصالات القوية. تتضمن تجربة برامج الكمبيوتر المرغوبة البريد الإلكتروني و Microsoft Office
